Lydia brings a wealth of experience spanning over twelve years in executive support and office management, particularly in coordinating meetings and events along with everyday operations. She has honed her skills in high-pressure environments, working with various teams and helping to deliver streamlined and efficient internal management.

She graduated in Design and as a Senior Executive Secretary. She previously worked at Linklaters in Madrid.

She joined Nazca in June 2014, where she leads office coordination and supervision and furnishes executive support to the Chair and MD along with some of the partners.
